A few days before my first term exams began I watched a YouTube video uploaded by Rachel Ballinger ,about studying. In her video she mentioned the use of flash cards. I was never really a fan of re-writing notes but desperate times call for desperate measures….I had a history paper and tons of notes that needed to be memorized. So I began writing every important event, date and name. 11 flash cards and 10 ink-stained fingers later I felt ready to conquer my history paper.
I followed simple steps which are:
1. Highlight the important information.
2. Write down the key term on the flash card.
3. On the reverse side write down short notes.
4.Write clearly. Untidy notes are going to be hard to learn or memorize.
5. Colour code! This will help to further organise your notes.
Good luck with exams! I hope my tips helped you out and took a little stress of your shoulders.
